Architectural and composition solution of the 25-storey residential building is conditioned by the urban development situation in general and specific parameters of the construction site.

Placed in a corner site, it is a point volume, which is dominated of the district.

Plastics of the volume is based on the rhythmic alteration of glazed verticals and colour scheme of the facades.

Dynamics of the composition is supported by the decorative metal roof structure, as a completion of the building.
